How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Order Tracker. Please allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Click for more
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and its territories.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $55 USD / Canada orders over $75 CAD. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. We offer express shipping in the US for additional fees as well.

My package is lost - what should I do?
Don’t fret just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you.
If it's been more than 24 hours after you’ve received a notice of delivery and can’t seem to find your package, contact us at support@drsquatch.com and we’ll be happy to help.
